A community-driven platform where people living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, cognitive decline, and everyday struggles come together to explore natural relief β through therapeutic audio, immersive environments, and shared support.
βThis started as a personal effort to help my mom β and grew into something much bigger.β
No credit card Β· Free forever Β· Not medical advice
Why this exists
Most pain-related tools live in separate places. One app for meditation. Another for movement. Another for sleep. And often, none of them are designed for people who are already exhausted, overwhelmed, or hurting.
I'm building one calm place where supportive tools work together β especially for people living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, migraines, neuropathy, memory challenges, Alzheimer's-related symptoms, stress-related conditions, or nervous system overload. A place to find natural approaches to relief outside of traditional treatment avenues.
More than that, this is a place to come together. To share what works, support each other through hard days, and build something better β one step at a time.
This isn't about trends or hype. It's about creating something practical, gentle, and grounded.
Current + Planned
Therapeutic Audio Sessions
Multi-layer audio sessions blending guided narration, therapeutic soundscapes, and optional frequency-based tones. Designed to be calming, not overwhelming β and usable with any headphones or speakers.
Vibroacoustic Technology
Low-frequency vibrations delivered through compatible sound beds that you physically feel in your body. Backed by growing research into vibroacoustic therapy for fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation.
Immersive WebGL Environments
For those without access to VR, these browser-based sessions pair calming audio with real-time visual environments you can experience on any screen. The same guided relief, delivered right where you are β designed to help your nervous system slow down when pain or stress spikes.
VR Experiences
Optional virtual reality environments for deeper immersion β for moments when "being somewhere else" helps the most. Full VR-ready sessions that transport you to carefully crafted healing spaces.
Holistic approach
Pain affects more than one part of life. Relief should too.
Guided audio, soundscapes, and vibroacoustic relief
Gentle movement ideas designed for real bodies
Simple practices to downshift the nervous system
Immersive visuals that reduce mental load
Practical, realistic nutrition guidance
Sleep support, recovery, and daily reset habits
These pillars are being built step by step, starting with the strongest core experiences and expanding over time.
Our mission
This platform didn't come from a lab or a boardroom.
It started with my mom. She has fibromyalgia β and I watched her deal with daily, unbearable pain, the brain fog that steals your ability to think clearly, and the frustration of doctors who sometimes wouldn't even acknowledge that fibromyalgia is real. I grew frustrated with how little help was out there for her and her symptoms. I knew there had to be a better way.
At the same time, I was dealing with my own migraines that began after serving overseas. Over time, I realized pain wasn't limited to one person in my life. Other family members. Close friends. Different conditions, different causes β but the same daily struggle and the same gaps in support.
I'm not a PhD. I don't claim to have all the answers.
What I do have is lived experience, curiosity, and a refusal to accept that βjust push through itβ is the best we can offer people who are hurting.
Alongside living with pain, I've spent my career as a game developer and web developer β building interactive systems, immersive experiences, and digital environments from the ground up.
Designing games teaches you how to think about attention, pacing, sensory load, feedback loops, and how small changes can dramatically affect how someone feels in the moment. It also teaches you how to prototype quickly, test ideas safely, and improve based on real user behavior β not theory alone.
This project exists because I already had the tools to build it carefully, without a large team or a big budget, and to iterate based on real feedback rather than assumptions.
As I researched nervous system regulation, sound, visual immersion, movement, and daily habits, I began carefully testing early sessions with friends and family.
The results weren't dramatic miracles β and that's important.
They were quieter wins:
Those early signals were enough to show this was worth building β carefully, responsibly, and in the open.
Since then, some users have reported being completely pain-free for varied durations after sessions β minutes, hours, and in some cases longer. We're actively working to understand what makes those moments happen and how to make the relief last longer with each experience.
That's where you come in. Every session, every piece of feedback, every honest report of what helped and what didn't β it all becomes data that makes this better for everyone. The more people who participate, the faster we learn what actually works.
This is not a cure.
This is not medical advice.
This is not a replacement for professional care.
This is a growing set of supportive tools designed to help the body calm, the mind slow down, and the day feel more manageable β especially when pain is loud.
Built in public
Rather than launching everything at once, I'm building deliberately β learning from real use and improving as I go.
That means:
If you're here early, you're not just using a product β you're helping shape it.
Roadmap
Roadmap access is available to everyone.
Our promise
Access to sessions, tools, and community will never be locked behind a paywall. This platform is built for people in pain β not for profit. In the future, there will be optional ways to support the platform if you choose, but relief will always be free.
Optional β never required
If this platform helps you and you want to help keep it running, a future supporter tier will let you chip in β with a few small perks as a thank-you.
π‘οΈ Sessions, tools, and all relief content will never be moved behind a paywall. Supporter perks are cosmetic and creator-focused only.
Pain shouldn't have a paywall. Every session, every tool, every update β free for everyone, always.
